Get to Know Me
I provide therapy that is informed by science. I believe in the healing power of human connection, as well as reality TV (or whatever your guilty pleasure Netflix binge is, too). When I am not working, I'm generally trying to keep up with my two toddlers, who humble me in my clinical work with children and families. 

Prior to opening my private practice, I was a Senior Psychologist and Assistant Professor at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. I am currently licensed in NY and NJ, and see patients in my office in NJ. I also have a telehealth certification through PsyPact. This allows me to treat patients via video who reside in the majority of the states across the US.
